Brain stroke is a condition where brain cells begin to die due to the lack of oxygen and nutrients. Blood supply gets interrupted or reduced which resulting in stroke paralysis. It’s fatal and has several causes like – smoking, obesity, diabetes, excessive alcohol, high cholesterol level, high blood pressure. It needs early treatment and actions in order to avoid the chances of brain damage and severe complications. There are two main causes of stroke – the first one is by a blocked artery (ischemic stroke) and secondly bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke).
