Back Pain in Pregnancy

There can be chances of having different kinds of health problems during pregnancy, where back pain is very common. Use this approach to the affected area.  After two or three days, switch to a heat approach where it’s good to use a heating pad or hot water bottle on the painful area. Improve The Posture

Wearing a belt can also be beneficial.
