a. Refunds are permitted only in genuine emergency cases and require prior written approval from clinic management. Monetary refunds are generally not issued for package purchases. However, the unused package value may be transferred to a family member or friend upon written request and approval.
b. Where a refund is approved as an exception, it will be calculated at the standard per-session rate, not the discounted package price. Sessions already utilized will be billed at the regular rate, and only the remaining eligible balance will be refunded.
